With barely four days to the end of his tenure, Borno State governor, Babagana Umara Zulum has dissolved his cabinet and asked for forgiveness.
Others affected are special advisers and special assistants as well as all boards of state parastatals and agencies except those exempted by the law.

I’m hot tempered, says Zulum
Zulum, who disclosed this during a valedictory session of the State Executive Council in Maiduguri, on Thursday, admitted that, despite being hot tempered, he doesn’t go to bed with anybody in mind.
“I am hot-tempered, I must have erred or offended some of you, but I don’t go to bed with anybody in mind; so please forgive me,” he said.
