The MHM Magazine is a UK based bi monthly published online magazine. We celebrate real and talented people who have real stories to share while we also entertain and uplift you mentally and spiritually.
Seyi Adebowale a.k.a Seyi O’Deb is the founder of MHM and also the publisher of ‘The MHMUK Magazine’. He has an M.Sc degree in Rural Development. He’s attended certificate courses on mental health issues.Still learning and seeking more opportunities to improve himself and the establishment. His love for mental health advocacy and music led to the establishment of MHM. He lives with his family in Hertfordshire UK
